Synopsis
Louie (2010), Season 5 is the FX tragicomedy you can watch online on iFILM — eight episodes following Louis C.K.'s semi-fictional comedian raising two daughters in New York between club sets.
This run is quieter than what came before. Louie ends up at the wrong potluck, runs an open mike, bumps into an old cop he used to know, and takes a street injury that Pamela has to paint over so he can still perform. His daughter Jane keeps growing up — a doctor's visit, a sleepover — and more and more he's the parent watching from the edge of the frame. The last two episodes pull him out onto the road, away from the city he knows.
