Synopsis
The Colour of Magic (2008), Season 1 is a Sky One fantasy comedy you can watch online on iFILM — two feature-length episodes adapting Terry Pratchett's first Discworld novels.
Twoflower, the Disc's very first tourist, hires the worst wizard at Unseen University to keep him breathing. Rincewind would much rather run. A fire swallows Ankh-Morpork and sends the pair fleeing across the Disc, trailed by a walking Luggage, the barbarian Cohen and a dragon or two. Far above, bored gods nudge their fates around a board game.
David Jason plays Rincewind, Sean Astin the wide-eyed tourist, and Christopher Lee voices Death; Pratchett himself drops in for a cameo.
