Synopsis
Burning Hearts (Ti mangio il cuore, 2022) is an Italian crime melodrama you can watch online on iFILM. On the sun-scorched Gargano promontory in Puglia, two clans settle every insult the old way: blood for blood, generation after generation.
The dormant feud between the Malatesta and the Camporeale reignites over a love that breaks every rule. Andrea, the reluctant heir to one criminal family, falls for Marilena, wife of the rival boss. Singer Elodie takes her first dramatic lead and anchors the whole picture — cast out by her own people, held captive by the enemy, she fights a fate already written using a mother's resolve rather than a gun. Francesco Patanè and veteran Michele Placido fill out the warring houses.
