Synopsis
Shadowless Sword (무영검, 2005) is a Korean action-adventure you can watch online on iFILM, directed by Kim Young-jun. The year is 927 AD: the Killer-Blade Army has dismantled the ruling dynasty, leaving one heir alive — Prince Jung-Hyun, who has spent fourteen years in exile and knows nothing of the massacre.
The kingdom's last loyal warrior, Soha (Yoon So-yi), tracks him down with orders to bring him home and place him on the throne whether he agrees or not. Lee Seo-jin plays Jung-Hyun as a man who wants to stay hidden, and that reluctance gives the film more texture than a straight revenge story would. Shin Hyun-joon plays the army's deadliest assassin, hunting them every step of the way. Kim Su-ro rounds out the cast in a supporting role that tilts the power balance more than once.
