Tooth and Nail

Tooth and Nail (2007), directed by Mark Young, is a post-apocalyptic horror film you can watch online on iFILM. The oil ran out, civilization collapsed, and a small group calling themselves the Foragers set up in an empty Philadelphia hospital. Rider Strong, Michael Kelly and Robert Carradine hold the fort; Michael Madsen and Vinnie Jones play the leaders of the Rovers, a cannibal gang with a very direct approach to food supply.

The Foragers rescue a lone survivor and paint a target on themselves. The hospital becomes a siege: close-quarters, brutal, nowhere to run.
