Feral

Feral (2018) is an American horror film directed by Mark Young — stream it online on iFILM. Six medical students head into the wilderness for a long weekend. Something attacks them after dark. The hike does not recover from that.

The infection spreads fast: those bitten go feral, losing language and reason, turning on anyone nearby. Scout Taylor-Compton and Olivia Luccardi play two friends who keep their heads long enough to notice a pattern — they're medical students, after all, and they start thinking like it. Lew Temple shows up as a reclusive local who has clearly been living with whatever this disease is for a while and isn't eager to talk about it.

The film moves quickly and spends very little time on backstory. It's more interested in pressure than explanation, and the setting does most of the work. Stream Feral (2018) on iFILM.
