The Adam Project

The Adam Project (2022) is a sci-fi action comedy you can watch online on iFILM. A fighter pilot from the future crash-lands in 2022 and runs straight into the one person he never expected: himself, age twelve.

Ryan Reynolds plays the grown Adam; Walker Scobell plays the kid version, and the bickering between the two carries the whole film. The jump through time went wrong, dropping the pilot four years off course. To get back and fix the future, he has to team up with his younger self, face the father he lost (Mark Ruffalo) and his mother (Jennifer Garner), and outrun a pursuit led by a cold-eyed Zoe Saldana.

Director Shawn Levy reunites with Reynolds after Free Guy, and trades most of the time-travel paradox talk for something simpler: a son and the dad who died before he could say what mattered. Stream The Adam Project (2022) online on iFILM.
