Synopsis
Galileo: Forbidden Sorcery (2022) is a Japanese mystery you can watch online on iFILM. Physics professor Manabu Yukawa, nicknamed Galileo for the way he cracks cases, returns to a death the police can't reason their way through.
The story unfolds four years before the events of Silent Parade. A writer has been murdered, and a video found among his belongings catches Yukawa's attention far more than the routine investigation around it. Working with detective Kusanagi, the professor pulls apart a killing that hides no real magic — only cold scientific calculation and a personal thread that cuts closer than he'd like. Masaharu Fukuyama leads the cast alongside Kazuki Kitamura. Toshiyuki Mitsuhashi directs, running 106 minutes.
