Synopsis

Rob Douglas walks out of jail with two strikes and one rule: stay clean. Within hours, a friend picks him up in a stolen car, cops pull them over, the friend opens fire, and Rob runs. Now he has police after him, gang trouble closing in, and a girlfriend who thinks he ditched her — all while the three-strikes law turns every wrong move into a potential life sentence.
