Synopsis
Girl Lost (2018) is an American indie drama from writer-director Robin Bain you can watch online on iFILM. A teenager named Shara is pushed onto the streets of Los Angeles by her own mother.
The film stays at eye level with the girl, refusing both lectures and easy sympathy. Shara tries to stay afloat, to find one person worth trusting, and to hold on to herself in a city that sees her only as something to sell. Bain wrote, directed and took a role here, building the story around Jessica Taylor Haid and Emily Cheree.
