Gushing Over Magical Girls (Mahou Shoujo ni Akogarete, 2024) is a Japanese anime you can watch online on iFILM. Utena Hiiragi worships the magical girls who protect her city and jumps at the chance to join them when a strange little creature named Venalita offers her power.

The transformation works — except she ends up with horns instead of a tiara and a suspicious black wand instead of a staff of justice.
