Synopsis
The New Bremen Musicians (2000) is a Russian animated musical you can watch online on iFILM. It picks up thirty years after the beloved 1969 Soviet cartoon: the Troubadour and the Princess have long since settled down, their son is grown, and trouble has circled back to find everyone.

Composer Gennady Gladkov, who wrote the original's songs, returned for the sequel — the familiar melodies are all there, wound around a story that quietly echoes the post-Soviet chaos of its release year.
