Synopsis

A warrant officer and three soldiers — Bomb, Bayonet, and Bullet — misplace a crate containing two warheads. The crate was bound for an arms fair in India. Nobody knows where it went. To buy time, the drunk warrant officer gets sealed inside a barrel and presented to visiting buyers as an army sage, a guru of military wisdom. Indian pilgrims arrive seeking enlightenment, then Germans, then Swedish women — each expecting answers through the hole in the barrel.
