Corsica during these years is no scenic postcard: it's a place of nationalist unrest, bombings, and a community fracturing along fault lines that outsiders rarely see. Antonia photographs all of it: demonstrations, ordinary faces, the texture of life held up against extraordinary pressure. Victoire Du Bois appears in the film; de Peretti himself steps in front of his own camera.
