Synopsis
Luxembourg, Luxembourg (2023) is a Ukrainian road comedy you can watch online on iFILM, directed by Antonio Lukich. Twin brothers Kolya and Vasyl learn their father — who walked out on the family when they were boys — is dying in Luxembourg. The roles are played by real-life twins Amil and Ramil Nasirov.
One brother wants to make the trip; for him the old man was always something close to a hero. The other wants to stop him; his memory of the same father reads more like a wound. They go together anyway, and the road does what roads do — the things they have not said to each other for twenty years start coming out.
