Synopsis
Somewhere in Queens (2023) is an American comedy-drama you can watch online on iFILM. Ray Romano wrote, directed, and stars as Leo Russo — a plumber in an overbearing Italian-American family in Queens, a man who has never been exceptional and is only now noticing that it bothers him.
Laurie Metcalf plays Leo's wife Angela. Their son Stix (Jacob Ward) has an actual shot at a basketball scholarship, and Leo becomes obsessed with making it happen — managing, hovering, pushing, until the pressure he applies starts pulling the family apart. Jennifer Esposito and Sebastian Maniscalco round out a cast that keeps the whole thing grounded in the specific rhythms of working-class New York.
