Enthusiast Highway

Enthusiast Highway (Шоссе Энтузиастов, 2002) is a Russian indie comedy you can watch online on iFILM, directed by Normund Latsis. Two broke and comprehensively intoxicated losers take a job painting highway billboard poles, spend the advance on the way there, and drive out on whatever remained in the glove compartment.

Running alongside them: two hitmen who speak only German, with their dialogue translated on-screen by Soviet screenwriter Eduard Volodarsky. The cast includes conceptualist poet Dmitry Prigov and rock musician Alexander Sklyar.
