Synopsis
B Positive (2020) is a CBS sitcom you can watch online on iFILM. Drew, a recently divorced therapist, gets a diagnosis he wasn't counting on: his kidneys are failing and he needs a transplant. The donor list is long, his options look grim — and then a chance reunion at a college party changes the math.
Gina is loud, warm-hearted, barely an acquaintance, and she offers him a kidney on the spot. Thomas Middleditch plays Drew's quiet spiral well, and Annaleigh Ashford turns Gina into a genuine force of nature; the comedy lives in the gap between his need for order and her cheerful disregard for it. The two have to become far closer than either planned, long before any surgery happens.
