"One Day at a Time" (1975) is an American CBS sitcom you can watch online on iFILM — nine seasons following a divorced mother who moves to Indianapolis and figures out life strictly on her own terms.

Ann Romano (Bonnie Franklin) gave up her identity for a marriage that didn't last. Now she has a job, two teenage daughters who rarely agree with each other — or with her — and a building super named Schneider who treats every tenant's apartment as his personal jurisdiction. Mackenzie Phillips and Valerie Bertinelli played the daughters through a decade of storylines that ran from 1975 to 1984, the cast shifting gradually as the daughters aged out.
