Synopsis
Admirals of the District (2020) is a Russian crime drama series you can watch online on iFILM. A decorated former police colonel dies in a shopping centre — he stopped a major terrorist attack but did not survive it. For FSB Major Andrei Devyatov, a close friend, that act demands an answer.
Devyatov is appointed head of the Novoadmiralteyskoye district police, the roughest precinct in the city, just as a corruption scandal starts to surface inside the same department. Dirty officers have been working both sides for years. Now he is running a station, chasing corrupt colleagues, and tracing whatever got his friend killed — all at once. Maksim Dakhnenko plays Devyatov with controlled restraint: a man who acts rather than explains.
