Synopsis

Three lives are heading for a collision. Franklin Saint (Damson Idris) is nineteen, broke and smart enough to see where the new drug could take him. Gustavo "El Oso" gets pulled into the orbit of a Mexican cartel. And CIA operative Teddy McDonald runs an operation where cocaine money and foreign policy turn out to be the same thing. Every season raises the stakes and narrows the exits.
