CIA analyst Joe Turner steps out for lunch and comes back to a room full of dead colleagues. As he scrambles to find out who ordered it, he uncovers something that makes the body count look like a distraction: an algorithm he built has been used to spy on American citizens, and it's tied to a terrorist plot that could kill millions.
