"Shootout at Lokhandwala" (2007) — watch online on iFILM. Director Apoorva Lakhia rebuilt one of Mumbai's most violent confrontations: November 1991, six gangsters barricaded in a Lokhandwala apartment, six hours of gunfire, 255 officers deployed, and 1,755 rounds fired.

Maya Dolas (Vivek Oberoi) is the young gangster who cornered himself there. Inspector Khan (Sanjay Dutt) ran the siege — with a ferocity that later landed him in an internal investigation. Amitabh Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan, Suniel Shetty and Arbaaz Khan fill out a cast large enough for the scale of the story. The tagline says "based on true rumours." It's more honest than it sounds.
