Synopsis

Storm has gathered dirt on a powerful California politician, so hired guns gun him down in his own home. They kill his wife and leave him for dead. Instead he slips into a coma and spends seven years hidden away, nursed by Andrea (Kelly LeBrock). When he finally wakes, Storm rebuilds his body through Eastern medicine, retrains his aim, and goes after the men who took everything from him. The reckoning is not gentle.
