Synopsis
Play Misty for Me (1971) is a psychological thriller you can watch online on iFILM, and the directing debut of Clint Eastwood, who also stars as late-night radio DJ Dave Garver in a small California coastal town.
Every shift, the same caller asks him to spin the jazz standard "Misty." One night Dave meets her at a bar — her name is Evelyn, and a brief affair sparks between them. The catch: for him it means nothing, for her it means everything. When he tries to break it off, Evelyn won't let go, and his old girlfriend ends up in real danger. Jessica Walter won a Golden Globe nomination for the role of the unraveling fan.
