Synopsis
On the Line (2022) is a thriller with Mel Gibson that you can watch online on iFILM. A provocative late-night radio host takes one more caller — and the conversation turns into a fight for his family's lives.
Elvis Cooper makes a living baiting his listeners and pushing buttons live on air. Tonight the voice on the line knows everything about him: it claims to have his wife and daughter, and it will start killing the moment he cuts the broadcast. To keep them alive, Cooper has to drag his own buried secrets out in front of millions and figure out exactly who is calling. The film barely leaves the station, and that trapped feeling is half the tension.
French director Romuald Boulanger keeps it tight and claustrophobic, then drops a twist worth waiting for. Gibson carries nearly every minute of screen time and makes the panic land. A solid pick if you like single-location thrillers that don't let up. Stream On the Line (2022) online on iFILM.
