Parallels (Parallèles, 2022), Season 1 — a six-episode French sci-fi drama you can watch online on iFILM. Bilal, Romane, Samuel, and Victor spent their whole lives in the same small town on the French-Swiss border. One night, something goes wrong. They end up in different versions of reality, and none of them know it until it's too late.

The first two episodes run along split tracks — the friends who stayed are learning to live with an absence they can't explain; the ones who vanished are learning that the world they landed in looks right but isn't. Four years pass. Victor has a plan: persuade Romane to travel back to the moment of the event and undo it. Going back turns out to be its own kind of disorientation — the world they knew and the world they return to aren't quite the same place. By episode five, Sofia is mapping the rules of interdimensional travel. By episode six, she and Retz think they have a strategy. They don't.
