Synopsis

An engaged Muslim doctor, her fiancé, and a group of friends check into St. Joseph's Guesthouse for a holiday. The building has a history they know nothing about — centuries ago an innocent was sacrificed on this ground, and whatever that left behind has not settled. The guests start losing control of their emotions, turning on each other for reasons they can't explain. Paranoia does most of the heavy lifting here rather than jump scares, which makes the film a steadier watch than the usual haunted-house setup. Some things were buried for a reason.
