Topakk (2024), released internationally as Triggered, is a Filipino action thriller you can watch online on iFILM. A former special forces operator now scraping by as a security guard becomes the only thing standing between a terrified witness and a death squad.

The woman has been marked for elimination by corrupt cops on a drug cartel's payroll. What follows barely lets you breathe: tight corridors, warehouse standoffs, point-blank gunfire and brutal close-quarters fighting with no pretty pauses. Director Richard Somes stages the violence as something heavy and physical, free of glossy CGI polish. Arjo Atayde, Julia Montes and Sid Lucero lead the cast. The tagline "We are all casualties of war" isn't decoration — this is a film about people the system chewed up and threw away.
