Synopsis
Dangerous Combination (Opasnaya Kombinatsiya, 2008) is a Russian crime-action film by Armen Nazikyan you can watch online on iFILM. A powerful businessman offers a militia colonel a fortune for a filthy job: smuggle radioactive waste in from England and bury it somewhere deep in the Russian countryside.
The colonel hands the operation to Sergey Samsonov, a former officer. It might have gone quietly, except a journalist named Kirillov, a friend of Samsonov, gets wind of the scheme and starts digging on his own. The investigation kills him. That death changes everything, and Samsonov picks up the trail himself, learning that the men behind the dumping value a human life below a ton of lead.
It is a solid mid-2000s action thriller built on a raw subject: environmental blackmail and badges for sale. Vyacheslav Razbegaev plays a man with nothing left to lose, and that is what carries the picture. No grand ambitions here, just a clear anger at people who traffic in someone else's land.
