Pathology (2008) is a grisly medical thriller you can watch online on iFILM. Top Harvard graduate Ted Grey lands a coveted residency in forensic pathology and falls in with a clique that treats the morgue as a playground.

The game is simple and sick: one of them commits a flawless, undetectable killing, and the others race to read the cause of death off the body. Grey gets pulled into the adrenaline, the drugs and an affair with the group's ringleader, until he realizes he could be the next John Doe on the slab. Milo Ventimiglia, Michael Weston and Alyssa Milano play people who see a human corpse as a puzzle to solve.

The script comes from Mark Neveldine and Brian Taylor, the duo behind Crank, and their trademark nastiness is all over it — blood, sex and pitch-black humor with no brakes.
