Synopsis

That bolt snaps when his old boss Ravi calls in a favour for a war against a crooked cop named Arunagiri. One botched hit later, Kaali is caught in a vice: on one side the vengeful officer, on the other Kannan, Ravi's son, half-mad with bloodlust. The mild shopkeeper picks up the only craft he ever mastered, and across 162 minutes the film tightens into a dense drama about a debt that never clears. Vikram leads, with S. J. Suryah close beside him.
