Synopsis
Birthcare Center (산후조리원, 2020) is a South Korean comedy-drama you can watch online on iFILM. Oh Hyun-jin is the youngest executive at her firm — controlled, decisive, used to calling the shots. Then she gives birth and checks into a postnatal care center, where she turns out to be the oldest person in the building.
Around her: younger mothers with different fears, different humor, and zero interest in quarterly targets. Director Park Soo-won makes the point quietly: no amount of boardroom experience prepares anyone for a newborn at three in the morning. Eom Ji-won, Park Ha-sun, and Jang Hye-jin lead the cast with a balance of comedy and genuine warmth.
