Synopsis
Marriage first, feelings later — the Chinese romance Begin Again (从结婚开始恋爱, 2020) is ready to watch online on iFILM. Lu Fangning runs a major furniture corporation and has it all: brains, money, looks. The one thing missing is a husband, and her family won't stop pushing now that she's nearing thirty.
So she handles it the way she handles business. She picks the ideal candidate, a gentle, good-natured surgeon named Ling Rui, and more or less writes him into her life until the two sign the papers like partners closing a deal. But an actual marriage turns out to be far messier than a spreadsheet. The cracks show almost at once, Fangning starts weighing divorce — and then catches herself genuinely falling for the man she married for convenience.
Zhou Yutong and Gong Jun lead, and the whole show runs on their bickering and the slow thaw between them. It's a light comedic melodrama about a powerful woman who's allowed to be bad at something — in this case, love.
