Terra-11 is sealed off for a reason. Plague once swept the planet, a medical mission failed to contain it, and the place was branded a forbidden zone — now ruled by mutants and a brutal warlord. Bounty hunter Wolff signs on to pull the captives out for a hefty reward, picking up a sharp-tongued local scavenger named Niki as his guide. Peter Strauss takes the lead beside a young Molly Ringwald, with Ernie Hudson along for the ride and Michael Ironside chewing scenery as the villain.
