Synopsis
Police University (2021) is a Korean campus comedy crossed with a crime case, and you can watch it online on iFILM. Out of sheer boredom, ex-hacker Kang Sun-ho enrolls at a police academy with no real idea what he wants from life.
His instructor is Yoo Dong-man, a detective who spent twenty years chasing everyone from street gangs to cybercriminals and now lectures cadets. Together with the fiercely principled Oh Gang-hee, the reformed hacker gets dragged into a live investigation of an illegal gambling ring. Cha Tae-hyun as the grumpy cop and Jinyoung as the hacker student make a fun teacher-and-student odd couple. A light pick for anyone who wants flirting and dorm life mixed in with real chases.
