Jade Armor (L'armure de Jade, 2022) is a French animated series you can watch online on iFILM, directed by Chloé Miller. Teenager Lan Jun discovers she is the legendary superhero Jade Armor, heir to four animal spirits — dragon, tiger, phoenix and tortoise — each carrying its own ancient power. Her mission: defend her city against a rising threat of villains.

The harder fight is internal. Lan Jun is a normal teen who is not convinced she deserves any of this. The show earns its TV-Y7 rating while making the self-doubt arc feel genuinely worked through rather than a throwaway lesson. Stream Jade Armor (2022) online on iFILM.
