Sugarplummed

Sugarplummed (2024) is a sweet, slightly magical holiday comedy you can watch online on iFILM. Emily dreams of a picture-perfect Christmas, the kind they sell in syrupy TV movies. Then the wish lands a little too literally: the relentlessly cheerful heroine of one of those movies walks straight off the screen to fix up her holidays.

At first it really does feel like a miracle. But the visitor's bottomless optimism soon runs wild, and Christmas threatens to turn so flawless that Emily wants to flee her own living room. She's left to work out what the season actually means to her, glossy perfection aside. Maggie Lawson takes the lead, with Janel Parrish beside her.
