Synopsis
The Sound (2025) is an American horror thriller you can watch online on iFILM. A group of climbers sets out on a route that's been off-limits for years.
At first it's just a dare — a forbidden wall, a rush of adrenaline, something to prove. Then, high up, something else latches onto them. A faceless force starts toying with the group, and the tagline holds: if you can hear it, it's already too late. A bold expedition turns into a desperate fight to get back down alive. William Fichtner and Jocelyn Hudon star, and real climbing stars Alex Honnold and Hazel Findlay turn up among the crew.
Director Brendan Devane blends high-altitude survival with the supernatural: thin air, sheer rock and an enemy you never quite see. The hard R rating is a promise that this won't end kindly.
