Her employer sends her to a remote village in Tambov Oblast to oversee the rollout of a new automated milking system. The locals have Valera: a trusted handyman with no appetite for outside fixes. Marina has a mandate and not much else. The show earns its comedy not from mocking rural life but from watching a self-assured city professional arrive with the wrong toolkit and slowly work out what she actually needs.
