Synopsis
Three Days of Christmas (Días de Navidad, 2019) is a Spanish Netflix drama you can watch online on iFILM. Director Pau Freixas built the series across three time periods: four sisters gather at their family home for Christmas as teenagers, then as middle-aged women, then as elderly women — the same house, the same holiday, decades apart.
What shifts between the reunions is what the show is actually about. Long-buried grievances surface. Choices made quietly in youth echo through the later years. Victoria Abril, Ángela Molina and Verónica Forqué play the older versions of the four women; Elena Anaya, Verónica Echegui and Nerea Barros appear in the earlier timelines.
