Synopsis
The Angry Birds Movie (2016) is a family comedy adventure you can watch online on iFILM. On an island of flightless birds, everyone is sunny and friendly. Everyone except short-fused Red.
Red keeps to himself and blows up at the smallest thing, which lands him in anger management class alongside speedy Chuck and the unstable Bomb. Then a ship of grinning green pigs sails ashore. The birds throw their visitors a warm welcome, and only this trio of misfits notices the pigs are plotting something rotten. The voice cast brings real comic firepower: Jason Sudeikis, Josh Gad, Danny McBride, Bill Hader and Peter Dinklage.
Built from the hit mobile game, the movie turns that familiar slingshot into a full 95-minute story with bright animation from Finland's Rovio. There are jokes pitched at kids and a few aimed over their heads, and the final raid on the pigs' city finally explains where all that bird-flinging came from.
