Johnny Mad Dog

Running alongside his story is Laokole, sixteen, pushing her disabled father through the wreckage of their city while trying to get her younger brother out alive. The two storylines move toward each other with the logic of a siege.

Director Sauvaire strips out political context deliberately — no factions named, no ideology explained, no adult authority in sight.
