Party of Five (Season 1)

Party of Five (2020) is an American family drama series you can watch online on iFILM. The five Acosta siblings — ranging from a newborn to a college student — wake up one day to find their parents deported to Mexico, with no clear path back.

What follows isn't a political drama, even though the politics are everywhere. The kids have to manage rent, school, jobs, and a baby, while staying connected to parents they can only reach through a phone screen. Brendan Larracuente and Emily Tosta carry most of the emotional weight; Bruno Bichir is quietly devastating in the few minutes per episode he gets as the father across the border. Director Rodrigo Garcia keeps the tone raw without ever tipping into melodrama.
