Claire, a civil servant, arrives to contain a brewing scandal. Behind one fence, their stories collide.

The scripts grew out of a real case — an Australian woman wrongly held in detention — reworked into fiction. Jai Courtney, Asher Keddie and Dominic West round out the cast, with Blanchett herself as the cult recruiter. It's a hard, uncomfortable look at how bureaucracy grinds a person down.
