Scurvy

Scurvy (Цинга, 2026) is a Russian mystery thriller you can watch online on iFILM, and it opens with a rookie mistake: sending a novice priest to convert people who never asked to be saved.

Fyodor, played by Nikita Efremov, tags along with Father Pyotr on an official mission to the farthest reindeer camp in the Polar Urals — a place locals simply call "the edge of the earth." Guests aren't exactly welcome there, and neither, it turns out, are outsiders' gods. Yevgenia Mandzhieva, Dmitry Podnozov and Tamara Kuybina fill out a camp where the old spirits still call the shots, and where a pretty face can be the most dangerous thing around.

Director Vladimir Golovnev keeps it lean at 90 minutes, rated 18+, trading jump scares for slow-burn dread — closer to folk horror than a monster movie. iFILM has Scurvy ready to stream for anyone who likes their thrillers cold and unresolved.
