Painkiller Jane (Season 1)

Painkiller Jane (2007) is a US-Canadian sci-fi action series that aired on the Sci Fi Channel — watch online on iFILM, starring Kristanna Loken as Jane Vasco, a former DEA agent who ends up working for a covert government unit.

The unit hunts "neuros" — people with superhuman abilities. Jane's first mission goes sideways when she discovers she's become one herself: bullets don't kill her, wounds close on their own, but the pain is always there. She stays with the organization, takes assignments, and quietly investigates where her ability came from and what it's turning her into.
