Synopsis

The year is 1306. Scotland has been overrun and Robert the Bruce has lost everything: his army, his crown, and very nearly his will. She has every reason not to trust a fugitive who some call a traitor and others call their rightful king. As English soldiers sweep the highlands, the question is not whether Robert can reclaim his throne, but whether he still believes it is worth fighting for.
