Synopsis
Luther: The Fallen Sun (2023) is Jamie Payne's crime thriller you can watch online on iFILM. The feature-length follow-up to the British series finds disgraced London detective John Luther locked up while a serial killer works the city, so he breaks out of prison to finish the case himself.
This killer doesn't just murder. He mines his victims' online secrets, blackmails them, and drives them to despair before the end. Luther hunts him with no badge and no backup, while a new Scotland Yard chief hunts Luther in turn. Idris Elba is back in his signature role, with Cynthia Erivo as DCI Odette Raine and Andy Serkis as a soft-spoken, ice-cold villain unlike anything the show put on screen.
