Synopsis
The Hundred-Foot Journey (2014) is a culinary comedy-drama directed by Lasse Hallström that you can watch online on iFILM. But young Hassan (Manish Dayal) cooks with a palate that is difficult to dismiss: he masters French sauces the same way he handles a cardamom pod, instinctively. Om Puri brings earthy warmth as the family's patriarch, keeping the tone from ever getting too polished. What begins as a battle for local tables slowly shifts into something neither side anticipated.
